We are pleased to introduce one of our projects in Sentul, situated on a triangular plot at a street corner. The plan involves constructing a 6x5 meter building extension.

Although the space is not large, our objective is to avoid the impression of an arbitrary addition. Instead, we aim to design this extension as an independent entity that remains humble and harmonious with its environment. This approach ensures the space is simple and efficient.

Once the 6x5 meter area is allocated for the building, the remaining land will be optimized for a garden. This garden will support air circulation, natural lighting, and privacy. The design must also integrate seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Given that the developer does not permit conventional fencing, we will implement a "living fence" concept. This natural barrier will utilize banana plants and horsetail grass, which will simultaneously enhance the side and rear garden areas.

This approach guarantees the building extension is harmoniously integrated with the existing landscape, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Our commitment to environmentally friendly and efficient design aligns with modern residential trends.
