The client requires a spatial layout that can accommodate daily needs, transforming this building into a primary residence for the family.

This project primarily focuses on the spatial planning and building façade. Essentially, the client intends to renovate the existing building, which previously functioned as an equipment storage area and commercial space, with the goal of adopting a Balinese tropical theme.

In line with this, the building's façade also requires adaptation to the existing structure and its interior layout. The new façade will be constructed on the side of the existing building, which was previously a plain wall without any windows or doors.
